Dr. Joy Papini works with clients to create high-performing diverse and inclusive organizations through the transformation of their business operations and human capital management practices. 

Dr. Papini honed her consulting skills while working for a top 10 Management consulting firm. There she supported numerous defense, intelligence, and civil agencies through a variety of human capital initiatives from the strategic to tactical level (e.g., diversity and inclusion; workforce planning; recruiting and selection; data analytics; cultural assessments). Dr. Papini has a proven track record of working collaboratively with stakeholders throughout a project to identify the underlying issues to support the development of actionable recommendations designed to create real change in the organization. 

Dr. Papini is an organizational psychologist with over 20 years of consulting experience managing complete projects and teams to support commercial and federal organizations. She is a featured speaker on the topics of: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility, Persons with Invisible Disabilities, Workplace Triggers, Building DEI Programs, and other business topics.
