Our extensive experience in implementing the life cycle across defense, intelligence, and civil agencies provides managers with the data they need to answer pressing cost, technical, and schedule questions, make proactive program/project decisions, and driving Program Management initiatives to create high-performing projects.
CIDIS utilizes this life cycle to work with the Program Management Office (PMO) and Program Managers to understand the agencies portfolio to provide leadership with the necessary information to make a proactive decision impacting mission, organizational capabilities, operations, technology, budget, and current/future workforce requirements.
We lead and support our clients through all aspects of program/project management life cycle:
- Utilizing proven qualitative and quantitative methodologies to analyze the technology landscape (demand)
- Developing the scope and a project plan to determine team, deliverables, cost and schedule, resources, personnel, and solicitations (internal/external)
- Coordinating the people and resources, as well as integrating and performing the activities in accordance with the project objectives and plan
- Delivering a final product to stakeholders /market and determine the need for additional versions or if this informs new breakthroughs in innovation and technology to develop additional projects/programs
